I love book nooks! Whether it's beautifully built-in bookshelves or a hidden comfy reading area under a staircase, I'm all in!
Your dream vacation?
I want to backpack through the Redwood Forest.

I once met a sloth.

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Everything. Singer, engineer, actor, geologist, musician, and the list goes on.
What's your hidden talent?
I enjoy painting Bob Ross landscapes, especially on odd things like windows and ironing boards.
Hi, I'm Katie!
I am a native of Kannapolis, NC, and I attended UNCC as a Levine Scholar. I completed my degrees in both Elementary Education and Special Education and then went on to teach in our local schools for 5 years.
Now, I have decided to pursue a career in Real Estate while continuing to advocate for our community and schools by running for local offices.
I believe that it takes the right house to become a home, and I understand that selling and purchasing property can be stressful.
My experience in advocacy and problem-solving as an elementary school teacher has equipped me with valuable skills for the real estate process.
