My husband and I have been working with Grace for several months now. To say she goes above and beyond is an under statement. We worked with a different realtor a few years ago as first time home buyers. Suffice it to say when we found Grace we were very cautious and guarded because of how we were previously mislead. Finding her has been a Godsend and we can’t imagine having anyone else help us for all future home buying and selling.

I appreciated that she was extremely transparent and honest with information. I didn’t have any doubts. She answered any questions I had. If she didn’t have the answer at the time, she would find it. She even put up some of her own money to help with repairs in the home. I highly recommend working with Grace.

I've worked with many realtors but never met anyone who was more honest, knowledgeable and caring then Grace. I was very picky. For a little over a year she showed me dozens and dozens of homes in NC and SC. A few times i was on the verge of buying then backed out. She never got mad or cross, just said "don't worry, you will know when it's the right home".
