Favorite thing about being a real estate agent?
Having worked in the homebuilding and design business for so long I love showing homebuyers the hidden gems in the homes they are looking at purchasing. I can spot those details that so many people miss when looking at a home.
Favorite feature you've seen in a home?
If there's room for it I love a good, well designed, dog wash station!
Your dream vacation?
I've loved traveling my whole life and especially Europe but this year I'll be spending my birthday on an African Safari! I'm so excited to go somewhere so different than anywhere else I've ever been.
Interesting fact most people don't know about you?
I was a theater arts major in college and worked in professional theater for 10 years.
Your nickname growing up?
I didn't really have one.
As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
The Flying Nun.
What's your hidden talent?
I can smell water in a house. I've been in so many houses that have unseen water damage and I smell it the minute I walk in the door.

Growing up in the military and moving so often, I watched my mother take our base housing and turn it into a comfortable home. That childhood instilled two loves, travel and homes.
I’ve lived in the Lake Norman area for 25 years and have spent a lot of those years working as a designer for luxury custom home builders. Having a background in construction and design gives me a unique perspective on your real estate needs.
I have worked with homeowners in the luxury markets from Kiawah Island and Charleston to Charlotte and Lake Norman. Being a designer for luxury custom homebuilders has given me an eye for the beauty and potential of a home.
