Hi, I'm Charlea!
I am one of those rare TRUE native Charlotteans, born and raised right here in the Queen City, and I'm still surrounded by my large extended family.
Before becoming a real estate agent, I focused on my career as a published fiction book writer. It was my love for houses and a strong desire to help people that led me to pursue my real estate license.
I'm a hardworking, focused "people-person," who enjoys setting and achieving goals, not just for myself but for my clients too.
Outside of real estate, I spend every Sunday evening with my dad for dinner, take care of my fur-babies Apollo (my dog) and Hades (my cat), and indulge in creative activities like painting. I also love going on fun adventures with my friends.
